Sailfish Sinkex. – This short video was taken from a helicopter when the submarine USS Topeka (SSN-754) sent a MK48 ADCAP torpedo into its side.  NOTE: This video may seem disturbing to former crew members (it certainly is to me), but there apparently WAS a reason why Sailfish met her fate in such a devastation matter.
